Catherine Bell, LPC
About me
I’m Catherine, a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the exhaustion that comes from trying to hold everything together.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply caring — and also stretched thin. They’re often in a season of change: becoming a parent, shifting careers, adjusting to a new diagnosis, reworking relationships, or realizing that the way they’ve been coping just isn’t sustainable anymore. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and you’re not doing anything wrong.
My approach to therapy is calm, practical, and paced for real life. I’m less interested in quick fixes and more focused on helping you understand yourself, your nervous system, and the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we work toward changes that feel supportive rather than overwhelming — the kind that don’t require you to burn out to get better.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that therapy with me feels steady and collaborative. You don’t need to perform, have the “right” words, or be in crisis to show up here. We’ll focus on clarity, self-trust, and building systems and skills that actually fit who you are and the life you’re living.
Outside of my work, I value creativity, simplicity, and sustainable rhythms — both personally and professionally. I believe therapy should be a place where you can slow down, feel understood, and move forward with intention.
If you’re in a season of transition and looking for support that feels grounded, compassionate, and real, I’d be glad to help you decide if working together is the right fit.
